Dr. Eric Meyer

Dr. Meyer has over 30 years of experience and service to the Fullerton Community. He has dedicated his professional life to learning and teaching innovative dentistry techniques that make the patient experience a pleasure, not a pain.
He completes more than four times the annual amount of continuing education classes required by the state dental boards. Not only did he receive his DDS from the prestigious Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, but he also served as a member of Loma Linda's part-time clinical faculty. Dr. Meyer has also completed two Implant Residency Programs. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Orange County Dental Society.

School Director - Noha Meyer

Noha Meyer arrived to California in 1989, and started her career managing a day care center. Following this she served as a surgical assistant in a busy cosmetic surgery center. She then held a position as Assistant Manager at nationwide dental lab from 1989 until 1993.
Noha is currently managing the dental practice of Dr. Eric Meyer & owns and operates the Fullerton Dental Assistant School.
Noha has a strong faith and loves to serve others. She spends some of her free time working with several orphanages in Tijuana in conjunction with Lutheran Border Concerns. She is currently active with "Charity on Wheels" in Orange California, where she assists in locating and serving hot meals to local homeless.

In 2011, Noha established the Fullerton Dental School with the mission to give students the education needed to start a professional dental career in a great environment with lots of opportunity!
Her goal, is to put a career in dentistry within reach of Everyone.
Instructor - Toni Vasquez, RDA

I’ve been in the Dental field for 40 years, 16 years in the Dental office and 24 years, Teaching Dental Assisting, I enjoy helping my students achieve their goals when they come into my classroom. Passing down knowledge to my students and assisting then with career goals is amazing. I enjoy teaching and over the years I’ve discovered that teaching is my passion. When I’m not in the classroom helping my students, I enjoy gardening and with orchids being one of my favorite flowers, I enjoy taking care of then and watching them bloom year after year, gives me so much joy. I find gardening very therapeutic. I love spending time with family and value the friends that I’ve made through out my life. I enjoy the simple things in life spending time with my dog is also a great pastime for me.
Instructor - Sanda Popescu

My name is Sanda Popescu, I am a Register Dental Assistant, and I have over 24 years of experience as a registered dental assistant, and dental assistant instructor. I have emigrated from Romania in 1990; I live in Mission Viejo, I am married for 30 years and I have two children. My daughter lives in Sacramento and is an attorney; my son lives in Sherman Oaks and is an operation manager for Fed Ex.
I started working in dentistry in 1991; in 1993 I pass the State Board Exam and I become a Registered Dental Assistant. As a clinical DA and RDA I have worked as a chairside assistant assisting in general dentistry, orthodontics, prosthodontics and periodontics/ implant surgery.
In the front office I have worked as a patient care coordinator/ treatment planning coordinator; and office manager.
From Mach 2009 I have worked as a Dental Assistant Instructor for Corinthian Colleges/ Everest College in Anaheim, I was involved in training students in all aspects of clinical and laboratory procedures making sure that all students will acquire necessary skills required for employment as a dental assistant or dental receptionist.
Instructor - Lisa Whitehead

Hi, my name is Lisa Whitehead RDA, my students call me Ms. Lisa. I have been in the dental field for 25 years and have been an instructor for over 13 years.
I have had the pleasure to teach at Everest college, InterCoast college, Northwest and UEI college. I currently still keep my toes in the field by assisting Dr. Richard Kunihira for special needs patients in a hospital sitting. I enjoy helping others and love to see my students succeed in the dental field. My mission is to teach patients to floss the teeth they want to keep. I look forward to my new adventure with Fullerton Dental Assistant School and help many more students in the dental field.
Instructor Assistant - Lupe Perez, RDA

Lupe Perez is a self motivated, hard working person who enjoys helping others. She has devoted 25 years of her life to her work in the dental field, with 8 of those years being a dental assistant and the additional 17 of those years perfecting her role as a treatment coordinator.
In the course of her profession she has earned her RDA and now currently works for Dr. Eric Meyer's Dental Office and Fullerton dental school. When not working she enjoys her time with her daughters, hiking, and eating greek food. Lupe goes by one of Michelle Obama's iconic quotes "Success isn't about how much money you make. It's about the difference you make in people's lives."
Instructor Assistant - Claudia Briseño, RDA

My name is Claudia Briseño; I have been in the dental field for over 12 years and currently work for the dental office of Dr. Eric Meyer as a Hygiene Coordinator and at Fullerton Dental Assistant School as an Instructor Assistant.
After working several years in the dental field I decided to attend Fullerton Dental Assistant School with the goal of obtaining my RDA. I was offered the opportunity to join the Fullerton Dental Assistant School team after I graduated from the program and began working as an Instructor Assistant. Working with our amazing students is a very rewarding experience and I am truly fortunate to be party of their journey as they begin their careers in the dental field.
