Arcadia Medi-Dental Group is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy dental assistant to help us in our mission to provide the best dental care in the San Gabriel Valley. Our two offices are equipped with the latest technology in dentistry from intraoral scanners (Medit, 3Shape, and iTero) to 3D printing and crown milling systems.
We are a dual-location practice with multispecialities including oral surgery, restorative dentistry, invisalign, and sleep apnea treatment. Our original office on W Duarte has been serving long-time patients and their families for more than 15 years.

A successful candidate would have:
– Current Dental Assistant certification/license in California (RDA preferred but not required)
– Experience with using intraoral scanners (Medit, 3Shape, iTero)
– An organized and detail-oriented mindset
– Proactive communication and teamwork skills (e.g. taking quick, clear patient notes for other staff)
– Comfort with modern dental technology, digital charting, and lab coordination
– Strong chairside assisting skills and ability to anticipate the dentist’s needs
– Ability collaborate with front-desk staff to maximize patient comfort and experience
– A friendly and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients
Responsibilities include:
– Assisting dentists chairside during a variety of procedures
– Taking and processing digital impressions using intraoral scanners
– Operate digital X-ray equipment and iCAT CBCT scanner
– Managing sterilization and infection control protocols
– Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring equipment is maintained and ready for use
– Supporting in-office lab processes such as 3D printing and crown milling
– Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
– Educating patients on treatment steps and post-op instructions
– Contributing to a positive, patient-focused environment
Hours:
Our office is open 9AM – 6PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
